Being Presbyterian seeks to resource the wider Presbyterian community through seminars, conferences, networking, sharing ideas, enabling members to find their voice.
Who are we and what we do
We believe that God’s good news commits us to following the Being Presbyterian Road Map as we serve Jesus Christ in our current context within the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.
The resources on offer
We create and share resources that we hope will equip and encourage. These include essays, webinars, videos and academic papers.
How you can get involved
We host a range of events (online and in-person), seminars, conferences and gatherings to provide opportunities to meet and share ideas, to learn from others in order to contribute to the wellbeing of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.
The most recent gathering was on Saturday 10th June 2023 in Bannside Presbyterian Church, Banbridge and via zoom. Rev Dr Lesley Carroll reflected on the theme A Confessing Faith: Bearing witness to what we see. Three committee members also reflected on several issues that are coming to the General Assembly.
